Tuesday, May 12, 2020 - The House Select Committee on COVID-19 Economic and Financial Preparedness met on Monday and discussed reopening the economy.
Deborah Zysman, Executive Director of the Hawaiʻi Children’s Action Network, gave a report to the committee that is on how COVID-19 impacts on childcare. Zysman said child care was an issue before coronavirus and that the economy cannot recover without childcare. Read the full article here.
