Hawaii Early Childhood Advocacy Alliance
(HECAA) pronounced “Heck Ya!”
Mission- All children will have equitable access to affordable, culturally reflective, high-quality care and education.
Purposeof this group - HECAA is a partnership of local organizations whose goals align with the mission and vision and who will come together to support policies that achieve the mission.
This will be an open group but folks would like a defined membership. The following are now voting members:

- HE`E – Hui for Excellence in Education
- PACT – Parents and Children Together
- PATCH – People Attentive to Children
- UH, Center on the Family and Hawaii Kids Count
- American Heart Association
