#HandsOffSNAP: Protect food benefits for our keiki

The Trump administration wants to cut SNAP – again. This time, 3.1 million people would lose nutrition assistance. 61% of those who would lose access to SNAP are living with children or are children themselves.

In Hawaiʻi alone, as many as 7,200 households or 14,000 people could lose benefits. This is another attack on working families struggling to make ends meet — approximately 92% of SNAP recipients have incomes at or below the poverty line.

Don’t let our keiki go hungry. Submit a comment to the Trump administration today to send the message: #HandsOffSNAP!
