Mission: To advance community collaboration in order to facilitate the development of seamless transition systems for all children, prenatal to eight, with an emphasis on transition into school services.

9:15 – 9:45   State Steps Team presentation

9:45-10:15    National and State Trends in Transition

10:15-10:30   Break

10:30–11:00   Transition – Ages birth to 5 - A Parent’s Perspective

11:00–11:20   Transition Survey

11:20-12: 15  Working Lunch

12:15–2:00    Team Building Presentation

2:00-2:30      Closing (evaluation)
