Hawaiʻi Early Childhood Advocacy Alliance

Mission: All children will have equitable access to affordable, culturally reflective, high-quality care and education.

Purpose: HECAA is a partnership of local organizations whose goals align with the mission and vision and who will come together to support policies that achieve the mission.

Members include:

  • Hawaiʻi Appleseed Center for Law & Economic Justice
  • HE`E – Hui for Excellence in Education
  • PACT – Parents and Children Together
  • PATCH – People Attentive to Children
  • UH Center on the Family and Hawaiʻi Kids Count
