Wendy Chun-Hoon is the D.C. Director of Family Values @ Work, a network of coalitions in 24 states working to win earned paid sick days, family leave insurance and other policies that value families at work. A skilled coalition-builder, Wendy coordinates much of FV@W’s network of thousands of workers, activists, small business owners, academics, public health experts and elected officials to build momentum for these family-friendly policies. Wendy has worked on anti-poverty issues from within foundations, community-based organizations and government. Originally from Oahu, Wendy now lives with her wife and two sons in Silver Spring, Maryland.
